- Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within the validity period of your ticket. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the transaction to post to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
